Suppose you click at any of those actions, Blender jump back to that
state of your project. That is an easy and fast way to undo multiple steps
at once.
In addition to that option, you can also control the number of steps
Blender keeps in the Undo History. Open the Edit → Preferences menu
and go to the System tab (Figure 2.11).
